When the baby arrives, the focus is on the baby.

Tiny clothes. Soft toys. Endless gifts. But the one who has just been through it all? She deserves care too.

Motherhood is a big transition.
Support should match it.

Māma Qi brings the village to her, with nourishing teas, restorative care and simple rituals inspired by Eastern wisdom.

Meet Māma Qi

Born from the Golden Month. Steeped in tradition. Made for real life.

Māma Qi, pronounced “chee”, was inspired by the Golden Month, a traditional postpartum practice centred on warmth, nourishment and deep recovery.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi refers to life energy. It is the steady force that supports strength, balance and overall wellbeing. When Qi is depleted, everything feels harder. When it is supported, we feel more grounded and resilient.

After experiencing the Golden Month firsthand, I realised how rare that kind of intentional care is in modern life. Women are often expected to carry on, even when their bodies are asking for support.

Māma Qi was created to help protect and restore that energy through ritual teas, thoughtfully curated hampers and supportive essentials designed for real life.
